Just want to take this opportunity to express my thoughtfulness of an extraordinary presentations that Dr. Bill presented to us at our Annual Professional Development Day at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. We have had many speakers from the outsiders in the past, but non, according to my judgement, that exceed of Dr. Bill's. If I have to rate Dr. Bill from 1 to 5 I would give him a HOOAH! HIGH FIVE!
