This second inservice package incorporates Dr. Crawford's advanced training on difficult people and the brain. As with the level one package, this comes with handouts, permission to reproduce (the handouts, that is:-), and a detailed instructor's manual. The manual describes how to use this in formats from an hour to a half-day, and how to present the material in such a way that the participants are engaged and learn new information for dealing successfully with others.

In this inservice, participants will learn:

• How to determine what part of the brain a difficult person is coming from, and why giving them information doesn't work.
• What part of our brain becomes engaged when dealing with a difficult person, and what we can do about this.
• How to engage the difficult person so that they shift from the resistant brain to the receptive brain where they can hear and understand what we are wanting them to know.
